On December 4, 2012, Pentair, Ltd. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the preliminary results and extension of the early tender date for the private exchange offer by Pentair Finance S.A., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, for senior notes issued by Pentair, Inc., a wholly-owned, indirect subsidiary of the Company.
