On November 30, 2012, Globecomm Systems Inc. (the "Registrant") issued a press release reporting dismissal of lawsuit. Plaintiffs withdrew their lawsuit after the Court, on November 14, 2012, completely denied plaintiffs' motion for a temporary restraining order and a preliminary injunction.
