The Board of Directors of First Commonwealth Financial Corporation (the "Company") has elected Jon L. Gorney to the Company's Board of Directors effective January 1, 2013. Mr. Gorney is expected to be named to the Risk Committee of the Board of Directors. The Company issued a press release on December 3, 2012 announcing Mr. Gorney's election to the Board, the text of which is incorporated herein by reference.
