(b) On November 26, 2012, Kenneth D. Spires notified Delta Apparel, Inc. (the "Company") of his decision to resign from his position as President of M.J. Soffe, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, effective immediately. It is expected that Mr. Spires will remain with the Company in a non-officer capacity with duties and responsibilities focused on certain operational projects and initiatives. Robert W. Humphreys, the Company's Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, will serve as President of M.J. Soffe, LLC on an interim basis.
