On November 29, 2012, Christopher & Banks Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release disclosing material, non-public information regarding the Company's operating results for the thirteen-week and thirty-nine-week periods ended October 27, 2012. In the release, the Company also disclosed certain financial and operational expectations for the fourth fiscal quarter and the fifty-three-week period ending February 2, 2013.
