Item 7.01 - Regulation FD Disclosure.

On November 28, 2012, OraSure Technologies, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that Kathleen G. Weber has joined the Company as its new Senior Vice President and General Manager, Consumer Products and that the Company will be launching a national television advertising campaign for its OraQuick® In-Home HIV Test in connection with World AIDS Day on December 1, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
