Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Computer Sciences Corporation ("Company") has agreed with Mr. Guy M. Hains that
he will step down from his position as Vice President and General Manager of the
Global Healthcare Industry Group, effective November 27, 2012. Mr. Hains will
continue his employment with the Company until December 31, 2012 to ensure a
smooth transition.
Effective November 27, 2012, Andrea Fiumicelli has been appointed Vice President
and General Manager of the Global Healthcare Industry Group. Prior to his
appointment as Vice President and General Manager of the Global Healthcare
Industry Group, Mr. Fiumicelli served as Director of Healthcare Integration and
Projects since 2011. He joined the Company as part of the 2011 acquisition of
iSOFT, a leading healthcare software company where he served as CEO.
