On November 27, 2012, Brown-Forman Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend of $4.00 per share on its Class A and Class B Common Stock. Stockholders of record on December 12, 2012 will receive the special cash dividend on December 27, 2012.
