Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On November 20, 2012, Sealed Air Corporation (the "Company") appointed William
G. Stiehl as the Controller and the Company's principal accounting officer,
effective as of January 1, 2013.
Mr. Stiehl, age 51, is currently Vice President of Finance and Controller of the
Aerostructures business unit of United Technologies Corporation. He joined
Goodrich Corporation in 2006 as Vice President , Internal Audit. Mr. Stiehl
worked at Goodrich Corporation from 2006 through 2012. Goodrich Corporation was
acquired by United Technologies Corporation in July 2012. He also served as
Senior Audit Manager with Deloitte. Mr. Stiehl has worked in various accounting
and finance positions for over twenty-five years with increasing levels of
responsibility. He has extensive financial and accounting experience, including
financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, and internal audit, among
others. Mr. Stiehl earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from
the University of Cincinnati and is a Certified Public Accountant.
