On November 19, 2012, Ray Hood, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Qumu
resigned from his position effective November 30, 2012 to pursue other
opportunities. The press release announcing his resignation is attached as
Exhibit 99.1.
ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS.
On November 20, 2012, Rimage Corporation announced that Vern Hanzlik has been
named Senior Vice President of Rimage and General Manager of Qumu, a
non-executive officer position. The press release announcing Mr. Hanzlik's
appointment is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
