On November 19, 2012 South Jersey Industries (SJI) declared a quarterly dividend
of $0.4425 per share. The dividend is payable December 28, 2012 to shareholders
of record at the close of business December 10, 2012. A copy of the press
release of November 19, 2012 announcing the declaration of the dividend is
attached hereto as Exhibit 99 and hereby incorporated by reference.
