On November 13, 2012, Dr. Emil Wright, a director and officer of Auburn National Bancorporation, Inc. (the "Company") and its wholly-owned subsidiary, AuburnBank (the "Bank"), notified the Company and the Bank that he was retiring from the Company's and the Bank's Board of Directors effective December 31, 2012. Dr. Wright has served as a Director of the Bank since 1973 and as Vice Chairman of the Company and the Bank since 1991.
