On November 15, 2012, Total System Services, Inc. ("Registrant") announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire ProPay, Inc., a Lehi, Utah-based company, that provides simple, secure and affordable payment solutions for organizations ranging from small, home based entrepreneurs to multi-billion dollar enterprises.
