On November 15, 2012, Incyte Corporation (the "Company") announced that it had earned a $50.0 million milestone payment pursuant to the License, Development and Commercialization Agreement dated as of December 18, 2009, by and between the Company and Eli Lilly and Company. Achievement of the milestone payment was related to the initiation of the Phase III program for baricitinib (LY3009104) for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
