On November 15, 2012, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors had declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share. The dividend is payable on January 2, 2013, to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 12, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
