On November 14, 2012, Geospace Technologies Corporation issued a press release announcing the formal execution of its agreement with Statoil to provide 660 kilometers of seabed seismic reservoir monitoring systems for the Snorre and Grane fields on the Norwegian continental shelf. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The foregoing description is qualified by reference in its entirety to such exhibit.
