On November 13, 2012 Registrant held its annual Investor Conference in New York City. Attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report is a copy of Registrant's press release dated November 13, 2012 regarding the Investor Conference.

Registrant announced today that its Board of Directors had authorized an additional $1 billion in share repurchase authority, bringing the total currently available for share repurchase to approximately $1.5 billion.
