On November 13, 2012, the Company issued a press release reporting the acquisition of the 94-room Hotel Rex located in San Francisco, California. On November 9, 2012, the Company acquired the 94-room Hotel Rex located in San Francisco, California for $29.5 million from an unaffiliated third party. The acquisition was funded with a combination of borrowings under the Company's senior unsecured credit facility and available cash.
