On November 9, 2012, Air Transport Services Group, Inc. hosted a conference call to discuss its results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2012. A transcript of the conference call is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
The transcript contains the financial measures of EBITDA, Adjusted EBITDA and Adjusted Pre-tax Earnings which are non-GAAP financial measures. The Company believes these non-GAAP financial measures provide information that is useful to the Company's investors. The Company uses these non-GAAP financial measures to evaluate its past performance and prospects for future performance. A reconciliation of these non-GAAP financial measures to the most directly comparable GAAP measures is provided in the press release that was included as Exhibit 99.1 to its Form 8-K which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 8, 2012.
