November 9, 2012 - Clearwater, Florida - Nicholas Financial, Inc. (Nasdaq, NICK), announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $.12 per share on its common stock to be paid on December 6, 2012 to shareholders of record as of November 30, 2012.
