Results of Operations and Financial Condition, Financial Statements and Exh
On November 7, 2012, STAG Industrial, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the results of operations for the Company for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2012. A copy of such press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report. That press release referred to certain supplemental information that is available under the "Presentations" tab in the Investor Relations section of the Company's website at www.stagindustrial.com.
As previously announced and as further detailed in the press release furnished with this report, the Company will conduct a conference call at 11:00 a.m. eastern time on Thursday, November 8, 2012, to discuss its financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2012.
