On November 8, 2012, Manitex International, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine months, ended September 30, 2012 (the "Press Release"). The full text of the Press Release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report. The third quarter and nine months 2012 results will be discussed during a conference call that will take place today, November 8, 2012 at 4:30 pm eastern time. The presentation slides to be used in the webcast are being furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report.
