On November 7, 2012, JAVELIN Mortgage Investment Corp. ("JAVELIN") announced that a monthly cash dividend rate of $0.23 will be payable to holders of JAVELIN common stock for each of the last two months in the fourth quarter of 2012 as set forth below:
