On November 7, 2012, Employers Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2012. On November 7, 2012, the Company announced that its Board of Directors declared a fourth quarter 2012 cash dividend of six cents per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable on December 5, 2012 to stockholders of record as of November 21, 2012.
