On November 5, 2012, Amicus Therapeutics, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2012. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The Company will also host a conference call and webcast on November 5, 2012 to discuss its second quarter results of operations.
