(b) Effective immediately, Tom Lotrecchiano, Senior Vice President at CafePress
Inc. (the "Company"), has transitioned from corporate-wide responsibilities to
refocus on his duties as head of the Company's Art business, including the
Canvas On Demand business which he co-founded and the Company acquired in 2010.
As a result of this transition, Mr. Lotrecchiano no longer meets the definition
of "executive officer" as defined under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as
amended.
