ITEM 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On November 1, 2012, MasTec, Inc., a Florida corporation (the "Company"), announced its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2012. In addition, the Company issued guidance for the quarter ending December 31, 2012 and issued revised guidance for the year ending December 31, 2012 as set forth in the earnings press release.
