Results of Operations and Financial Condition, Financial Statements and Exhibits
On November 1, 2012, DDR Corp. (the "Company") issued a News Release containing financial results of the Company (the "News Release") and a quarterly financial supplement containing financial and property information of the Company ("Quarterly Supplement") for the three- and nine-month periods ended September 30, 2012. Among other things, the News Release reports net income of $0.04 per diluted share for the three-month period ended September 30, 2012 and net loss of $0.19 per diluted share for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2012, as compared to net loss of $0.18 and $0.28 per diluted share for the three- and nine-month periods ended September 30, 2011, respectively. A copy of the News Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and a copy of the Quarterly Financial Supplement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and are each incorporated herein by reference.
