On November 1, 2012, ManTech International Corporation announced its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2012, and provided updated financial guidance for fiscal year 2012. ManTech also announced the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend payment to its stockholders. A dividend of $0.21 per share will be paid on December 21, 2012 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 7, 2012. The declaration of future dividend payments is subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.
