Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers

(b), (c) Delta Air Lines, Inc. today announced the promotion of Craig M. Meynard to Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer on November 1, 2012. Mr. Meynard has been designated as Delta's principal accounting officer effective immediately. Mr. Meynard will continue to report to Michael O. Randolfi, Delta's Senior Vice President - Finance and Controller. Mr. Randolfi was designated as Delta's principal accounting officer prior to Mr. Meynard's promotion.
