On November 1, 2012, Avon Products, Inc. issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the third quarter of 2012. The press release included Avon's consolidated statements of income, consolidated balance sheets and consolidated statements of cash flows, and supplemental schedules, for the three-month and nine-month periods ended September 30, 2012.
