Certain Officers
On October 30, 2012, Kulicke and Soffa Industries, Inc. (the "Company")
announced Charles J. Salmons, Senior Vice President, Engineering, is leaving the
Company. Mr. Salmons's last day with the Company is expected to be December 31,
2012. The Company will commence transitioning Mr. Salmons's duties as Senior
Vice President, Engineering immediately. Mr. Salmons will receive severance and
benefits consistent with a termination without cause, as provided under the
Company's Officer Severance Pay Plan.
