On October 29, 2012, HF Financial Corp. (the "Company") issued a press release regarding results for the quarter ended September 30, 2012.

Quarterly Cash Dividend

The Company announced on October 29, 2012, that it would pay a quarterly cash dividend of 11.25 cents per common share for the first quarter of the 2013 fiscal year. The dividend will pay November 16, 2012 to stockholders of record November 9, 2012.
