Kenneth P. Mueller, the Company's Senior Vice President and Chief Operating
Officer of Ferrous and Nonferrous Scrap Metal Recycling, has resigned from his
position with the Company effective November 16, 2012. Since joining the Company
in 2011, Mr. Mueller has commuted to its facilities in Pennsylvania, New York
and Ohio from his residence in Arizona. He has indicated a desire to reduce his
travel and remain closer to his home.
