On October 25, 2012, Monro Muffler Brake, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its operating results for the second quarter ended September 29, 2012, as well as estimated third quarter and fiscal 2013 comparable store sales growth and diluted earnings per share. Item 8.01 Voluntary Disclosure of Other Events

On August 12, 2012, the Company completed a seventeen store acquisition (13 stores in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and four in South Carolina) and, on October 7, 2012, the Company completed an acquisition of five stores in Rochester, New York.
