On October 25, 2012, Washington Federal, the wholly owned subsidiary of Washington Federal, Inc. received written notification from its primary regulator, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), that the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that was put into place by the Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) on July 28, 2010, has been removed in its entirety.
