On October 24, 2012, we announced that the board of directors of our general partner, ONEOK Partners GP, L.L.C., approved a cash distribution of 68.5 cents per unit for the quarter ended September 30, 2012. On October 24, 2012, the board of directors of our general partner, ONEOK Partners GP, L.L.C., approved a cash distribution of 68.5 cents per unit effective for the third quarter 2012. The third-quarter distribution is payable on November 14, 2012, to unitholders of record as of November 5, 2012.
