On October 25, 2012, FLIR Systems, Inc. (the "Company") issued a news release announcing (i) its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2012,
(ii) that it has entered into a definitive arrangement agreement providing for the Company's acquisition of all the outstanding shares of Lorex Technology, Inc., (iii) the revision of expectations of revenue and earnings per share for the year ending December 31, 2012, and (iv) the declaration of a quarterly dividend.
