Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain
Officers.
On October 19, 2012, DayStar Technologies, Inc. (the "Company") accepted the
resignation of Kang Sun from the board of directors (the "Board"). A replacement
has not been named yet so the Board will continue to conduct business with a
vacancy in its' allowed members until a new member is identified. Mr. Sun joined
DayStar Board in 2009. The Board and the Company are greatly indebted to Mr. Sun
for his years of service.
