The following information is furnished pursuant to Item 7.01 Regulation FD
Disclosure.
On October 24, 2012, we issued a press release announcing that our Board of
Directors declared an annual cash dividend on both classes of common stock of
$.04 per share. The heading of the release incorrectly identified the dividend
as a quarterly dividend. We have revised the press release to correct the
heading. A copy of our revised press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1
and hereby incorporated by reference.
