The following information is furnished pursuant to Item 7.01 Regulation FD
Disclosure.
On October 24, 2012, we issued a press release announcing that our Board of
Directors declared an annual cash dividend on both classes of common stock of
$.04 per share. The dividend is payable on December 10, 2012 to shareholders of
record at the close of business on November 10, 2012. Due to the seasonal nature
of our business, we will evaluate dividends annually. A copy of our press
release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and hereby incorporated by reference.
