On October 23, 2012 the Registrant issued the attached news release entitled "Uranerz Receives Deep Disposal Well Permit" announcing that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality has issued a Class I Underground Injection Control (deep disposal well) permit for the Registrant's Nichols Ranch ISR Uranium Project.
