Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On October 19, 2012, Dawn G. Lepore, a director of eBay Inc. (the "Company"),
notified the Company that she would resign from the Company's Board of
Directors, effective immediately following the Company's regularly scheduled
Board of Directors meeting in January 2013. Ms. Lepore's decision to resign did
not involve any disagreement with the Company, the Company's management or the
Board of Directors.
