On October 22, 2012, BBCN Bancorp, Inc. ("BBCN") issued a press release concerning its results of operations and financial condition for the third quarter ended and as of September 30, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
Included as part of BBCN's October 22, 2012 press release described above and attached hereto, the Company announced that its Board of Directors approved the reinstatement of a quarterly cash dividend. The cash dividend will be paid on or about November 12, 2012 to all stockholders of record as of November 1, 2012.
