(b) On October 17, 2012, Abdul Popal, Senior Vice President of Business and Corporate Development at CafePress Inc. (the "Company"), submitted his resignation from his position with the Company to be effective October 19, 2012. Following his resignation, Mr. Popal will serve as a consultant to the Company from October 19, 2012 through October 19, 2013.

(e) The Company and Abdul Popal have entered a consulting services agreement. Under this agreement, Mr. Popal will serve as a corporate and business development consultant for a period of twelve (12) months from effectiveness and will be paid incentive-based compensation based on the success of executed agreements in support of Company objectives.
