Press Release regarding 3rd Quarter Earnings Call On October 15, 2012, Liberty Interactive Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, announcing it will release its third quarter earnings on Tuesday, November 6th at 11:00 a.m. ET. Greg Maffei, Liberty Interactive's President and CEO, will host the call. During the call, Mr. Maffei will discuss the company's financial performance. Press Release regarding results of rights offering On October 16, 2012 the Company issued a press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2, announcing the final results of its completed rights offering, which expired in accordance with its terms at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on October 9, 2012.
