On October 12, 2012, Vermillion, Inc. (the "Company") paid to Quest Diagnostics Incorporated ("Quest") approximately $5,901,000, which we believe represents payment in full of all outstanding principal and interest under the Credit Agreement dated as of July 22, 2005 between the Company and Quest.
