Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain
Officers.
On October 9, 2012, Ronald F. Rokosz, Vice President - International of The
Brink's Company (the "Company"), notified the Company that he plans to retire
from the Company. The effective date of Mr. Rokosz's departure has not yet been
determined, but is expected to be during the first quarter of 2013. In the
interim, Mr. Rokosz will work with the Company to ensure a seamless transition
of his responsibilities.
