On October 5, 2012, Harriet Sustarsic, Executive Vice President and Chief Merchandise Officer of the Wet Seal Division, resigned from her position. Ms. Sustarsic will remain with The Wet Seal Inc. until October 19, 2012 to assist with transition of her responsibilities.
