ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS.
On October 9, 2012, Wireless Ronin Technologies, Inc. (the "Company") received a
purchase order valued at $648,000 from a pre-existing customer in the automotive
industry. This purchase order is for ongoing interactive application support and
maintenance, including software use, help desk support, content management
system and server administration, and content development. The Company is to
provide such services under this purchase order from October 1, 2012 through
December 31, 2013.
